International Orders

Orders will only be shipped within Australia and New Zealand.

Returns and Exchange

Generally we do not accept returns or exchange; however this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our return policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, soiled or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. We take every care when packaging your order and the risk of loss/damage passes to you upon our delivery to transport company however we do consider any damage to goods on a case-by-case basis.

We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of the products. We do not warrant or guarantee any product, nor are we responsible for any malfunction or injury associated with any product.We are not liable for any loss which may occur after an order of goods has been despatched over to Australia Post, a courier or transport company. We do not manufacture any of the products and therefore will not be liable for any faulty items; this is the manufacturer’s sole   responsibility.

Please note: Although these bottles are extremely strong and durable glass bottles can break. Children should be supervised at all times when using the products.
